The hotel had a fresh and clean entrance with a nice scent throughout the place. The room was nice and clean, especially the bathroom. The hotel was located in a safe area and had convenient transportation options, including a nearby MTR station and a bus stop right at the front door. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were helpful and friendly. The rooftop area had a great view and was a nice place to relax.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location was great, with plenty of food options around. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The room was spacious and the bathroom was impeccable. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable.
I had a bit of trouble finding this place since it is new, but Google Maps was helpful. I would recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. I particularly appreciated the free shuttle service to the MTR stations, made getting around the city much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the modern and clean design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a beautiful and well-equipped bathroom. The location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and central Hong Kong. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. Plus, the complimentary water bottles were a nice bonus!

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It is just a short walk to the MTR station, making it easy to commute around the area. there is a shuttle bus service available for guests, providing even more convenience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff are fluent in English and provide helpful service to make you feel welcomed.
The check-in process can be improved as some guests have mentioned that the front desk staff were not very professional and appeared to be more focused on their conversations with colleagues rather than attending to the guests waiting in line.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is great, with the MTR station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the central area of this city. The staff were quite helpful most of the time, although they were a bit reluctant to help us book a taxi to the MTR station. The hotel's facilities were great, including a gym, a lovely lounge, and a beautiful lobby. The cleanliness of both the room and the entire building was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the bar were professional and kind. a wonderful experience!
