The hotel had a fresh and clean entrance with a nice scent throughout the place. the room was nice and clean, especially the bathroom. the hotel was located in a safe area and had convenient transportation options, including a nearby MTR station and a bus stop right at the front door. the staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were helpful and friendly. the rooftop area had a great view and was a nice place to relax.

The location was a bit far from tourist attractions and required extensive use of public transportation to get around. Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which made it difficult to understand payment procedures and other important information.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It is just a short walk to the MTR station, making it easy to commute around the area. there is a shuttle bus service available for guests, providing even more convenience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff are fluent in English and provide helpful service to make you feel welcomed.

The check-in process can be improved as some guests have mentioned that the front desk staff were not very professional and appeared to be more focused on their conversations with colleagues rather than attending to the guests waiting in line.
